Country star Megan Moroney is once again teaming up with popular streetwear label Boys Lie, unveiling a fresh capsule collection set to drop on June 17. This marks the duo’s second collaboration, following the success of their earlier 2024 release, which creatively tied into Moroney’s song “Houston, He’s a Problem.”
The latest collection draws direct inspiration from Moroney’s 2024 album Am I Okay?, offering a more playful and expressive approach to design. Fans can expect bold textures, vibrant patterns, and standout pieces like a pale blue camouflage ensemble that captures both attitude and style.
This release underscores the seamless connection between Moroney’s musical identity and her evolving fashion sense. The designs were a joint effort between Moroney and the Boys Lie team, resulting in a lineup that includes coordinated sets, white tank tops, knit shorts, and T-shirts emblazoned with her lyrics. A standout piece in the collection is a cozy crewneck sweatshirt proudly displaying Moroney’s name.
Moroney’s genuine relationship with Boys Lie adds a layer of authenticity to the collaboration — she often wears their designs and fully embraces the brand’s edgy aesthetic. “We were kind of begging to do a second one, too, just because we know how much people from our customer base wanted to get another [one],” says Boys Lie co-founder Leah O’Malley in a statement to PEOPLE.
Echoing the excitement, co-founder Tori Robinson shared, “We have always loved working with Megan and her team, and it was always something that we wanted to relaunch. I don’t think Megan’s fans or the Boys Lie fans ever gave up on the past capsule.”
