Bogota Fashion Week 2025 began on Tuesday, 20 May, marking the start of a vibrant showcase of fashion creativity at the Ágora Bogotá Convention Centre. Organized by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, the event is a significant platform for both renowned designers and emerging talent from Colombia and across Latin America.
This year’s edition features a robust schedule, with 27 runway shows spotlighting the work of 45 different brands and designers. Each collection has undergone a comprehensive selection process that includes months of concept development, design refinement, and technical review, ensuring a high standard of presentation and innovation.
The opening day of the event saw a blend of established fashion houses and new creative voices take to the runway. The second floor of the venue, which was accessible to the public albeit with limited seating, hosted presentations from The Nylon Club at 18:30, Soreil Lingerie at 19:30, and Kleid at 20:30. These shows provided a variety of styles and themes, offering attendees a rich and dynamic viewing experience.
Meanwhile, the fifth floor was reserved for invitation-only guests and featured an earlier and more extensive lineup. The schedule began with a showcase from Istituto Marangoni Miami at 17:00. Following that, a collective show titled [Bridge] brought together designers such as Lisantiny, Cannabis, NK, ISMO, Kott Risk, Seven7, Divina Collection, With Love Maria, Cueros Unipiel, El Maletero, and 0C59 at 18:00. At 19:00, the Emerging Collective presented works by CURUBA, Cristian Tula, and Plur. Later in the evening, Laura Aparicio took the stage at 20:00, followed by a joint presentation from Faride Ramos and Lina Cantillo at 21:00.
For those unable to attend in person, Bogota Fashion Week 2025 offers live streaming options through its official YouTube channel.
