The eighth edition of Lulu Fashion Week concluded in Kochi with a dazzling finale that celebrated bold fashion statements, emerging trends, and fresh talent in the industry.
The grand closing event featured celebrity appearances on the ramp and prestigious awards presented to distinguished personalities from fashion and sports. This year, actress Honey Rose received the coveted ‘Style Icon Award’, while cricketer and former Kerala Ranji Trophy captain Sachin Baby was honoured with the ‘Pride of Kerala Award.’ Actress Prayaga Martin was recognized with the ‘Bold and Beautiful Award.’
The awards were presented by actor Vinay Forrt, who graced the occasion. Expressing his appreciation, Sachin Baby remarked, “Kerala has always embraced me, and Kochi holds a special place in my heart.”
The event saw the presence of several key representatives from Lulu Group, including Lulu Kochi Regional Director Sadiq Qasim, Lulu India Media Head N B Swaraj, Lulu Hypermarkets General Manager Sudheesh Nair, Lulu India HR Head Anoop Majeed, Lulu Mall General Manager Vishnu Raghunath, and Lulu Hypermarket GM Jo Painadath, along with other senior executives.
Over the course of four vibrant days, more than 30 fashion shows took place, showcasing diverse styles and trends. The ramp was lit up by an impressive lineup of celebrities such as Kunchacko Boban, Sunny Wayne, Vinay Forrt, Anson Paul, Kailash, Bibin George, Hemant Menon, Riyas Khan, Dhruvan, Marina Michael Kurisingal, and Sadhika Venugopal.
The shows were directed by renowned Mumbai-based stylist Shy Lobo, who brought creative flair and innovation to the runway. Additionally, six brand excellence awards were presented during the finale to honour exceptional contributions to the fashion industry.
