Orlando International Fashion Week (OIFW) has officially announced a wave of exciting developments ahead of its highly anticipated 2025 event, which will take place from June 4 to June 8, 2025. With preparations in full swing, OIFW confirmed its renewed partnership with the Downtown Arts District, which will sponsor this year’s Model Casting Call on Sunday, May 4, 2025. The casting will be held at the CityArts Gallery in Downtown Orlando from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM, offering a prime opportunity for aspiring models to step into the spotlight.
At the casting, models will audition in front of industry professionals, including brand representatives, fashion designers, and members of the OIFW Board of Directors, who will make the final selections for the upcoming runway shows. All models are invited to attend and present their talent for a chance to participate in one of the most prominent fashion events in Central Florida. Interested individuals can now register for the casting through Eventbrite.
As the event gears up, OIFW also celebrates its continued alliance with the Downtown Arts District, an essential pillar of Orlando’s creative and cultural community. This collaboration enhances OIFW’s goal of promoting artistic expression through fashion while giving participants an enriching connection to the city’s thriving arts scene. The partnership is expected to strengthen opportunities for designers, models, and sponsors across the fashion landscape.
Adding to the excitement, OIFW has announced a partnership with Macy’s from The Mall at Millenia. Macy’s will be a featured presenter on Saturday, June 7, and Sunday, June 8, hosting runway showcases at select times and locations throughout the event. This high-profile collaboration promises to blend national fashion with local creative energy, highlighting a mix of established and emerging style icons.
Designer and vendor participation is already underway, with several names confirmed for the upcoming shows. These include Karina Torres, Unapologetic Brands, Tenique Designs, Constella, Rene Tyler X 40+ Divas & Silver Gents, and Nita Belles Closet, among others. Fashion designers and boutiques continue to sign up for opportunities to present their latest collections at OIFW 2025. Vendor registration is also open, offering businesses the chance to set up booths on June 8 at the Winter Park Events Center.
OIFW is also welcoming volunteers to join its fashion-forward mission. Volunteer registration is currently available on the official OIFW website. Volunteers will be instrumental in various aspects of the event’s execution, from managing behind-the-scenes operations to assisting with guest relations and front-of-house logistics.
Maintaining its commitment to innovation and inclusivity, Orlando International Fashion Week continues to enhance its global reach while celebrating diversity and creative excellence. By integrating fashion with education, art, and entertainment, OIFW aims to drive tourism and cultural awareness in Florida. With a dynamic program planned for Summer 2025, the event promises not only cutting-edge fashion but also valuable networking experiences and a vibrant intersection of style and community.
