Carhartt WIP has taken a whimsical turn with its latest FW25 “Pronto Subito” capsule collection, drawing inspiration from the vibrant aesthetic of 1980s pizzerias. Departing from its signature duck canvas and double-knee workwear, the brand instead channels the spirit of pizza shop uniforms, complete with a custom chrome pizza slicer and an embroidered apron.
The collection’s name, “Pronto Subito”—Italian for “ready immediately”—echoes the fast-paced energy of classic pizza joints. This theme is carried through bold graphics, including blue and black tees and two colorways of a graphic zip-up sweater, all emblazoned with the slogan. A quirky illustration of a misshapen pizza slice and retro green bubble lettering further enhance the nostalgic vibe. Accessories include a white embroidered cap and a black screen-printed tote bag, rounding out the playful offering.
Beyond apparel, Carhartt WIP has partnered with Safe Crackers Entertainment—founded by artist Oliver Payne and writer Erica Redling—to create a retro 8-bit arcade-style video game tied to the collection. Available on the Carhartt WIP app, the game challenges players to slice pizzas against the clock, reinforcing the capsule’s fun, fast-paced theme.
The FW25 “Pronto Subito” collection is now available via Carhartt WIP’s web store, blending workwear durability with a slice of lighthearted nostalgia.
