In anticipation of the busy season, popular tuxedo and suit rental brand Generation Tux has announced a major partnership aimed at making wedding preparations more seamless than ever.
On June 6, bridal retail giant David’s Bridal revealed that it is teaming up with Generation Tux to launch shop-in-shop experiences within its stores. The rollout will begin with 10 locations, with new openings to follow each week. In addition to browsing in person, customers will also have access to virtual stylists on-site.
Each shop-in-shop will feature a curated selection of Generation Tux’s best-selling styles, fabric samples, and interactive signage designed to enhance the shopping experience.
“We’re proud to partner with Generation Tux to deliver the highest quality products at the most competitive prices,” said Elina Vilk, President and Chief Business Officer at David’s Bridal, in a press statement.
Vilk continued, “For over 70 years, brides have relied on us to help them feel beautiful on their big day. Now, we’re thrilled to extend that same care and attention to grooms, both online and in our 10 exclusive stores—with more to come.”
To make the tuxedo selection process even easier, trained stylists and store associates will use iPads to assist customers in navigating Generation Tux’s full online catalog and placing orders directly from the store.
David’s Bridal described the collaboration as a way to blend the digital and physical shopping experience, saying, “This intuitive setup bridges the digital and physical worlds, combining the convenience of online shopping with the personal touch of an in-store consultation.”
With this strategic move, David’s Bridal and Generation Tux are streamlining the wedding planning process, ensuring that both brides and grooms can step into their big day with confidence and style.
