Timberland and Pabst Blue Ribbon (PBR) have teamed up to kick off summer with a fresh and rugged menswear collection that blends workwear aesthetics with beer-inspired flair.
This exclusive seven-piece collection features three workboot styles and four apparel items, including an apron, a T-shirt, a sweatshirt, and a trucker hat. All pieces proudly display co-branded elements that reflect both PBR’s iconic style and Timberland’s durable, utilitarian look. Designed for both function and fun, the lineup pairs perfectly with a cold beer and warm-weather adventures.
On the footwear front, Timberland introduces new takes on its classic Direct Attach 6″ and Gridworks 6″ work boot silhouettes. These styles are reimagined with PBR-themed accents in vibrant blues and reds, while maintaining the brand’s signature rugged craftsmanship and American workwear identity.
“PBR has always been about celebrating those who take pride in their craft, so this partnership with Timberland Pro was a no-brainer,” said Kat Mata, culture marketing director at PBR, in a statement. “This collection wasn’t just about creating a cool collaboration. It was designed with the community at the forefront, and we’re excited to see this drop finally come to life.”
One standout from the collection is the Direct Attach 6″ Soft Toe Waterproof Work Boot. Built from tough leather with seam-sealed waterproofing and a water-repellent finish, the boot also includes a unique built-in bottle opener on the boot tag—perfect for spontaneous beer moments. Additional features include anti-fatigue technology, shock-diffusion plates, and Microban odor-fighting technology, making them ideal for long, hot days on the job. The padded collar and slip-, heat-, oil-, and abrasion-resistant outsoles ensure comfort and safety.
For those looking for more flair, the boot also comes in a Blue Nubuck version that leans into a more expressive style. Regardless of your taste, these boots are designed to be as functional as they are fashionable.
The Gridworks 6″ Soft Toe Waterproof Work Boot carries many of the same practical features as the Direct Attach model but comes with subtle visual differences, like varied colorways. All three boot styles in the collection stay true to Timberland’s durable standards while being infused with the fun, bold spirit of PBR branding. The Brown Full-Grain variation stands out for its adaptability, easily matching with everyday denim and workwear-inspired outfits.
“At Timberland Pro, we build gear with purpose — footwear and apparel that work as hard as the people wearing them,” said Ryan Murphy, head of marketing at Timberland. “Partnering with Pabst Blue Ribbon allowed us to create a collection that’s tough, comfortable, and made to honor the moment when the job’s done and the boots stay on.”
In addition to footwear, the apparel pieces are styled in neutral tones to make PBR’s bold red, white, and blue logo pop. The hoodie is designed to be relaxed and perfect for layering, while the T-shirt offers an easygoing look suitable for lounging. While the co-branded apron has already sold out, fans can still snag the collaborative trucker hat at a budget-friendly $25.
The hat is constructed in a classic gray and blue color scheme, topped with the PBR logo on the front. Built from a 60% cotton and 40% polyester blend, it features a six-panel structure that gives it a strong form, and breathable mesh at the back for comfort in the heat.
With this unique collection, Timberland and PBR offer a celebration of hard work, craftsmanship, and downtime—with style that’s equally at home on the job or off the clock.
