Arlan Maltez discovered his passion for men’s fashion early on. By the age of 18, he had already envisioned a future centered around style and dreamed of opening his own boutique.
After completing both high school and college in Miami, Maltez sharpened his skills by working at two leading men’s boutiques. He later joined Saks Fifth Avenue, where he served as a fashion advisor and made-to-measure specialist, gaining valuable experience in luxury fashion retail.
In 2017, Maltez turned his vision into reality by launching Aziari European Clothing for Men, located at 6633 South Dixie Highway in South Miami. The boutique specializes in luxury Italian custom tailored and bespoke menswear, including suits, sport coats, shirts, trousers, and vests.
“Providing excellent customer service is important to me, and I pamper my clients like babies,” Maltez said. “My typical customer is a businessman who enjoys dressing fashionably and knows that he can rely on me to provide expert advice on what to wear for specific events or occasions.”
While Aziari offers an extensive inventory of ready-to-wear suits, its hallmark lies in custom-designed creations. These garments are crafted using premium Italian fabrics and linings, tailored specifically to each client’s needs and preferences.
“We have an outstanding team, and one of the things that makes our made-to-measure clothing so good is that we have great master tailors,” Maltez explained. “The bespoke and custom-tailored process starts with a client consultation to choose a style and take measurements. This is followed by a first fitting, a second fitting, and finally, the delivery of the finished product.”
The second fitting is critical, allowing the client to assess the garment’s fit. If necessary, new measurements are taken, and master tailors make any required final alterations.
Clients can customize every aspect of their garments—from fabric and lining choices to buttons and pockets. “No detail is overlooked,” emphasized Maltez.

Beyond bespoke clothing, Aziari also provides onsite dry cleaning and a full-service tailoring department. Services include expert alterations, hand-pressing, embroidery, and monogramming for both men’s and women’s clothing. Customers can also benefit from same-day alterations and home delivery.
