Riyadh will once again become the epicenter of creativity as it hosts the second edition of the Saudi Fashion Awards on May 22, according to an announcement from the Saudi Fashion Commission.
As Saudi Arabia continues to build its global reputation in the fashion and beauty industries, the event aims to celebrate forward-thinking talent and showcase the Kingdom’s growing influence on the international fashion scene.
Following the success of the inaugural edition held last year, the 2025 event brings an expanded program, placing renewed focus on the beauty sector and introducing several new award categories to broaden its impact.
Riyadh, increasingly seen as a dynamic hub for creative industries, is reinforcing its role as a leader in the region’s fashion evolution.
Among the event’s key features are awards for outstanding stylists, photographers, designers, and models, as well as international recognitions supported by Women’s Wear Daily (WWD) that highlight innovation in both design and beauty.
A distinguished panel of global fashion experts will serve as judges, further elevating the award ceremony’s international credibility and significance.
Burak Çakmak, CEO of the Saudi Fashion Commission, commented:
“Riyadh is proudly emerging as the capital of fashion, beauty, and the future of the creative industries in the region. Its transformation from promise to global presence on red carpets, runways, and retail spaces reflects the ingenuity and dedication of a new generation of trailblazers redefining regional and international fashion standards.”
